We read every message.

Whether you have found a figure that looks wrong, want to talk about advertising, or simply have a question about something we published — please get in touch. The fastest way to reach us is by email.

What to send us

Correcting a figure

This is the message we most want to receive. Tell us the page, the figure you think is wrong, and — if you can — a link to the primary source (the central bank, revenue authority or the provider's own document). We verify corrections against sources before changing anything, and we update the page rather than quietly deleting it.

Advertising and partnerships

If you are a bank, lender, broker or fintech and want to reach our readers, tell us which markets you are interested in. Note that advertising never affects editorial rankings or calculator results — see how we make money.

Privacy and data requests

To ask what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, or to raise a concern about how it has been handled, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our privacy policy sets out your rights in full.

General questions and feedback

Ideas for a tool, a guide you wish existed, or something on the site that is broken or confusing — all welcome. Feedback of this kind is where a lot of our tools came from.

Contacting your country's site

Each Rateweb country site also has its own contact form, which is the better route for questions about an account, a saved comparison or an enquiry you submitted there:

Please do not send us passwords, full card numbers, or complete bank statements. We never need them, and email is not a safe place for them. If you are asking about a specific product, the provider's name and the page you were reading is enough for us to help.

One thing we cannot do

We cannot tell you which product to choose, or give advice tailored to your situation. Rateweb is a publisher, not a licensed financial adviser, and we do not know your full circumstances. What we can do is make sure the information you are deciding from is accurate — and if it is not, we want to hear about it.
